Someone who thinks in campaigns, writes with flair, and has a finger on the pulse of culture, content trends, and audience behaviours. Must have Blue Chip Client experience! You’ll be dreaming up the kind of internal campaigns that turn heads inside global brands — from films, podcasts and activations, to workshops and environment branding. If you don’t get excited about fresh thinking, pop culture, or taking inspiration from outside-in, this won’t be for you. What you’ll do : Lead the content ideation process – your job is to crack the concept Turn big thinking into strategic content plans clients buy into Create punchy copy, scripts, treatments and response decks Work closely with in-house designers, film-makers and brand strategists Mine insights from social media, podcasts, blogs & current affairs — always chasing what’s next You must have : 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency or content team A strong portfolio showing work that’s smart, striking and ideas-led Brilliant copywriting, editing and conceptual storytelling skills Experience across internal campaigns, or the ability to pivot from external comms Genuine love for brands, content culture, and all things creative If you're a culture junkie who’s just as obsessed with brand tone as you are with TikTok trends, this is your moment.
