Responsibilities:
As an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will…
* Provide strategic commercial advice to clients, across a range of sectors on their transactions
* Analyse financial data to consider potential tax implications; working with your clients on potential mitigation strategies
* Manage and mentor junior team members, developing them to be the best they can be
* Work closely with the Partner on business development efforts, attending networking events, and client pitches/meetings
Requirements:
As an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will need…
* ACA, CTA qualifications or equivalent
* Experience working in M&A and/or Transaction tax
* Ideally knowledge of multiple sectors from a Tax perspective, but specialists can be considered
* Desire to push on towards Director and Partner
