* Provide administrative support across all areas of financial planning
* Use Intelligent Office (IO) and various provider platforms
* Obtain quotes, illustrations, product details, and required paperwork
* Prepare client valuations and annual review packs
* Process new business applications accurately and efficiently
* Liaise directly with providers and respond to client queries
* Maintain and update client records in line with compliance standards
Experience:
* Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role is essential
* Confident working with platforms and financial planning systems (IO preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Professional communication skills with a client-first approach
