Procurement Manager - Food & Ingredients
📍London (Hybrid)
Up to £55,000 plus bonus package
Our Client
Our client is a fast paced food brand within the hospitality sector. They have a well known brand that is innovative, forward thinking and dynamic.
The role
You will be an essential part of the procurement team, buying a range of proteins, produce, dairy and other ingredients categories
Responsibilities include;
* Lead the procurement across various food & ingredients categories
* Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
* Ensuring risk is managed where possible to ensure supply.
* Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
* Leading and negotiating on supplier contracts.
* Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.
Required experience
* 4 + years of procurement experience within food or ingredients
* Experienced working within the food or FMCG industry
* The ability to work both autonomously and as a team.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong influencing skills, commercial and category management skills
