Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team at Ferndown Estates. Based in Marston Green, this full-time role involves facilitating property sales, supporting clients throughout their journey, and delivering exceptional service at every stage. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and driven, with a strong understanding of the local property market.
Responsibilities
* Engage with buyers and sellers to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice
* Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and informative manner
* Negotiate sales agreements and progress transactions through to completion
* Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to support the sales process
* Assist with marketing content, property listings, and presentation materials
* Stay up to date with market trends and local property values
* Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards
Experience
* Previous experience in estate agency or property sales is essential
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident negotiating and handling offers
* Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence is required
* Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
