At The University of Law, we’re looking for a Campus Hub Coordinator to join our Southampton Satellite campus, based at the University of Southampton. This is a permanent, part-time position (21 hours, three days per week) You will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and supportive student service through the Campus Hub, whilst co-ordinating events and activities that enhance the student experience and connect students with the university community As our Campus Hub Coordinator, you will: Liaise with professional services teams at the partner institution/within ULaw to ensure that Student Enquiries and Campus Services are delivered to agreed standards Help to promote and deliver on campus activities and events to include student inductions, welcome fairs, freshers’ fair, workshops, information sessions and on campus assessments. Support the Campus Hub Manager with events co-ordination (room bookings, catering, suppliers, risk assessments, set up, greeting students, registration) Oversee the booking of rooms and facilities on campus for all events including assessments, working closely with the Assessment Planning team to ensure effective planning and timely booking Collaborate with the Student Union and local support services to co-deliver events on campus Act as a first point of contact for student queries, providing accurate information and resolving queries in a timely manner We are looking for people who are/have: Experience of organising or coordinating events, including planning logistics, booking rooms, arranging catering, and supporting delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact effectively and empathetically with students and colleagues Experience of collaborating with internal teams and/or external partners to deliver services or events High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and compliance-related tasks Positive and proactive approach, committed to delivering a studentcentred and high-quality Benefits On top of a competitive salary, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes: Private Medical Scheme and Life Assurance Contributory Pension Scheme Training and Qualifications (including Course Sponsorship/Fee Discount) Season Ticket Loans and Student Discounts At The University of Law, you will work alongside other like-minded professionals who are passionate about driving innovation in higher education and delivering successful outcomes for our students.
