Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Folkestone.

Job Role
* As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child's life by providing care, support, and supervision.
* You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
* Being a senior within a home you will give guidance and support to all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager of the performance and needs of everyone.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* You must also have at least 2 years experiences within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
* You must also have a valid UK driving licence.
* Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (Dependant on sleep-ins)
