Job Title: Aircraft Presentation Commercial Director – UK & Ireland Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer UKI Function: Commercial / Aircraft Presentation Location: UK & Ireland (hybrid with station visits) Purpose of the Role: To lead the commercial strategy, growth, and relationship management of Aircraft Presentation services across UK & Ireland, ensuring profitable contract delivery, innovation, and alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Commercial Leadership & Strategy Define and deliver a regional commercial strategy aligned to company targets and market opportunities. Own the commercial performance of Aircraft Presentation services across the UKI region, including revenue, margin, and growth KPIs. Lead business reviews and financial performance updates, highlighting opportunities and risks. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective airline clients. Act as the key commercial contact for Aircraft Presentation clients, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded. Regularly engage with client stakeholders to identify needs, upsell opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. Tendering & Negotiations Lead or support tender submissions and re-bids for new and retained business, ensuring competitive pricing and compelling proposals. Oversee pricing models, rate cards, and contractual terms to drive sustainable and profitable growth. Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements alongside commercial account owners, in collaboration with legal, finance, and leadership teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operational Delivery and QHSE teams to ensure contract requirements are translated into operational plans. Provide commercial guidance for new service implementations and change management initiatives. Monitor service performance data and initiate improvements where commercial value is impacted. Market Intelligence & Innovation Analyse industry trends, customer behaviours, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Identify and promote innovative service offerings and solutions that enhance value for clients and differentiate Swissport. Contribute to the long-term development of the Aircraft Presentation product suite. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in aircraft presentation services, operationally or commercially. Extensive commercial experience in aviation, outsourcing, or facilities services. Demonstrable success in growing service lines and managing complex, multi-client commercial portfolios. Strong commercial acumen, including financial modelling, pricing, and bid management. Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills. Ability to operate strategically and tactically within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
