About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Fitter Riggers to join our team on a key project. You'll be working as part of a skilled crew, handling the installation, assembly, and maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rigging and fitting of mechanical components and steel structures
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and lifting plans
* Safe use of lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and chain blocks
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Working effectively as part of a team or independently
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Fitter Rigger or similar role
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant discipline (preferred)
* Valid CSCS or CCNSG card (as required)
* Rigging and lifting certification (e.g., NVQ Rigging or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments
