We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurture Teacher in Luton to join our specialist provision within the education and training sector. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health needs.
As a Nurture Teacher, Luton, education and training sector, you will create a safe, structured and supportive environment where pupils can develop emotional regulation, confidence and positive relationships with learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored nurture-based learning sessions
* Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs
* Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils
* Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external agencies
* Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress tracking
About You
We are looking for a Nurture Teacher in Luton who is:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
* Experienced or passionate about SEN/SEMH education
* Calm, patient and resilient
* Skilled in xsngvjr relationship-building with vulnerable learners
* Committed to inclusive and therapeutic approaches
