A welcoming primary school in Bognor Regis is seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with SEN starting September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with SEN
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
* Support with social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
* Promote inclusion and create a positive learning environment
Requirements
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language)
* Compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
