The Head of Strategy & Growth – Clinical Division is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational excellence of the B2B Trade channel throughout the UK, Ireland and the Caribbean.
This role will define the B2B growth roadmap across the Clinical aesthetic sector, ensuring brand penetration, strong partner ecosystems and long-term commercial sustainability.
With HGI’s portfolio of premium, results-driven brands and fast paced entrepreneurial culture, this role provides end-to-end ownership of B2B channel strategy, partner engagement excellence, and multichannel commercial delivery.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Channel Growth
* Lead the full Trade strategy, setting the commercial direction for partner acquisition, channel expansion and market penetration across professional sectors.
* Ownership of all prestige and profile clients, including strategic partnerships and group account management.
* Identification and management of relationships with all relevant trade bodies and key opinion leaders (KOLs) as part of the sector penetration strategy.
* Ownership of PR partnerships within these territories.
* Build a rolling B2B growth plan outlining revenue objectives, channel strategies, partner segmentation and brands specific trade priorities.
* Identify strategic opportunities such as white-space channels, multi-site groups, corporate partnerships and emerging B2B formats.
* Champion digitalisation, CRM adoption and data-driven optimisation of the B2B pipeline, account performance and partner lifecycle.
* Identification and ownership of the events strategy as part of the GTM strategy.
Multi-Channel B2B Market Development
* Oversee strategic growth across our clinical aesthetic B2B Trade sector, ensuring correct brand-to channel
* Drive channel penetration strategies including new partner onboarding, territory development, strategic account growth and professional education engagement.
* Evaluate and support multi-site or high-value B2B partners where strategic effort and tailored solutions are required.
* Maintain deep market intelligence across professional sectors to anticipate trends and inform B2B trade strategy
Leadership of the B2B Trade Function
* Oversee recruitment, resource planning and team performance management to deliver B2B commercial targets and execution excellence.
* Build a collaborative leadership environment working closely with Marketing, Education, Operations, Commercial and Brand teams to support B2B success.
* Inspire a culture of responsiveness, professionalism and relationship building across all B2B touchpoint
B2B Operational Excellence & Partner Experience
* Work with Operations and Supply Chain to align professional demand with stock forecasting, especially for seasonal, tactical and launch periods
* Implement and uphold processes that support a premium partner experience consistent with brand standards and HGI’s service excellence.
* Manage monthly reporting, analytics, forecasts and updates to Directors, ensuring transparency and commercial rigour.
Brand Advocacy & Professional Partner Engagement
* Act as a senior figurehead, representing HGI’s portfolio at industry conferences, trade shows and professional events.
* Build strong B2B partner relationships to underpin retention, long term loyalty, advocacy and aligned commercial delivery.
* Oversee engagement initiatives to elevate professional expertise, brand understanding and partner commitment.
* Identify and establish strategic B2B collaborations that elevate brand positioning and drive demand within the professional ecosystem.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA
Essential B2B Experience
* Minimum 8–10 years senior B2B commercial leadership within Aesthetics, Beauty, Spa, Clinical or aligned sectors.
* Strong track record in leading B2B channel strategy, partner management and professional distribution.
* Demonstrated success growing B2B revenue, increasing partner penetration and driving professional engagement.
* Experience running a business unit including P&L ownership, forecasting, KPI oversight and commercial reporting.
* Confidence in CRM systems, reporting tools, PowerPoint and Excel for B2B pipeline tracking and partner performance analysis.
