Teaching Assistant - Barking & Dagenham / The ideal candidate:
A graduate or someone with experience supporting children or young people
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable - able to step into different classrooms confidently
Patient and understanding, with a genuine interest in working with students with SEN
Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable working 1:1 or with small groups, following teacher guidance
Any training in Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, or Signalong is advantageous (but not essential)
