Main Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for residents, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
2. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Manage the kitchen, including ordering, inventory control, and food budget management.
4. Create appealing and varied menus that meet residents' dietary needs.
5. Monitor portion control and waste.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records and monitor kitchen equipment, performing routine maintenance.
8. Ensure compliance with PVG requirements and provide two relevant satisfactory references.
