The Role
* Full-time SENDCo position

* Leading and developing SEND provision across the school federation
* Working closely with staff, families and external agencies
* Supporting children with a wide range of additional needs
* Contributing to an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive
* Suitable for experienced SENDCos with a strong primary background
* Knowledge of early child development and EYFS desirable

Can You Offer?
* Proven experience leading SEND provision within a primary school
* SENDCo qualification or relevant SEND leadership experience
* Strong understanding of inclusive practice and SEND legislation
* Experience supporting children with a wide range of abilities and needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to inspire, motivate and support colleagues
* A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
* A collaborative and child-centred approach to leadership
