Day-to-day this will involve;Advising clients on a broad range of employment matters to include TUPE, reorganisations, contracts, policies, senior exits etcAdvise clients and take ownership on employment claims from initial drafting of pleadings to conducting advocacy and working with counselWork closely with the corporate and commercial teams and provide corporate support on large and high-value transactionsMentor junior solicitors and assist with the future development and growth of the practiceYou will be!
