Overview
We’re partnering with a hugely successful British heritage brand who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Export Sales Account Manager.
This is a customer-focused sales role where you’ll work in support of the Brand Director to maintain strong working relationships with high end, luxury brand clients such as Chanel and Gucci. It’s a role that involves extensive travel and will be based at the manufacturing site in West Yorkshire when not abroad.

About You
* Strong knowledge of wool / worsted manufacturing and the end products
* Impeccable track record in account management / customer service / sales with high-end clients
* Grit, determination and the ability to negotiate; professional and customer-focused
* Brand ambassador with strong relationship management; willing to attend face-to-face meetings in Paris, Italy and London
* Natural drive, genuine ambition and tenacity
* Selling to apex brands is highly motivating
* Enjoys travel; must be commutable to West Yorkshire
About The Job
* Export Sales Account Manager responsible for a high-value portfolio of luxury brand customers
* Front-facing with clients to discuss upcoming trends, seasonal product launches and one-off product requests where possible
* Coordinate between customers and the flagship production facility in West Yorkshire; contribute to production of unique fabrics with strong export knowledge and administrative skills
* Provide market intelligence to the design team and collaborate to create designs aligned with seasonal changes and trends
* Focus on retention and growth of customer relationships rather than purely on numbers
* Significant travel is required
