We are looking for a Clinical Negligence Consultant Solicitor to join our law firm's consultancy panel.
What are we looking for?
* Have excellent client care and communication skills (oral and written).
* To provide advice, casework, and representation to clients on all aspects of your area of law.
* Ability to work with the team to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.
* Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems by using multiple sources of information to make reasoned decisions supported by relevant evidence.
* Negotiate solutions to clients' issues by identifying all parties' interests, objectives, and limits and presenting options for compromise persuasively.
* Plan, manage, and progress legal cases proactively, taking into account how they can maximise cases and achieve the best outcome for the clients and firm.
* Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and respond effectively to their particular needs, objectives, priorities, and constraints.
