This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in a unique and rewarding environment, offering daytime hours with no evening or weekend work, where you will be working as Chef manager for a world renowned contract catering company. Key Responsibilities: Support the Chef day to day-primarily during lunch service Oversee food preparation for: Breakfast: 25 covers Lunch: 8090 covers Hospitality: Working lunches Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including compliance and stock control Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety Liaise with the client and ensure smooth delivery of catering services Requirements: Level 3 Food Safety qualification (FSL3) Minimum of 3 years experience At least 2 years experience in operational and financial kitchen management Confident with Microsoft Office and bespoke catering systems Strong communication skills with both team members and clients Must live within an easy commute of Cambridge To apply or find out more, please get in touch today for a confidential chat.
