Job Title: Senior Lead, Sourcing

Job Purpose: The Senior Lead, Sourcing drives value creation and risk mitigation in ClarusONE’s supply chain, working cross-functionally with teams, suppliers, and members to enhance supply stability. Responsibilities include identifying sourcing opportunities, testing negotiation strategies, developing category strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Identify supplier/product opportunities for value and resilience within six months.
* Collaborate with the Strategic Initiatives team on negotiation strategies and sourcing models.
* Develop category strategies and partner with suppliers to negotiate outcomes.
* Work with analytics teams to develop risk-based decision frameworks.
* Support new sourcing model implementation and track success.
* Participate in supplier review meetings and act as a business partner within ClarusONE.
* Mentor team members.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or related field.
* At least five years of experience in retail, sourcing, consulting, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.
* Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
* Financial or spend analysis experience.
* Category, supplier, or contract management experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Strong planning and project management skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
* Self-motivated, hardworking, results-oriented.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and culturally.
* Experience developing business cases and with pharmaceuticals or healthcare categories is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Alteryx and Tableau are pluses.
