Job Description
* Completing all bookwork accurately to Company standards and in a timely manner
* Recharging all the weekly client issue accurately to Company standards and in a timely manner
* Responsible for the hospitality booking process, supporting the chef manager to make sure every deliveries are met
* Ensuring an accurate stock check is taken weekly
* Monitoring sales and costs jointly with the Operations Manager to keep within agreed budget levels
* Assisting the Chef Manager with financial performance on site, ensuring unit budgets are met
* Completing audits, compiling action plans and reports
* Liaising with Clients as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office tools..
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
