Job Description
Nike KINGSTON is seeking a Part-time Retail Assistant (16 hours) to join our team and deliver world-class service to our customers.
What you bring:
* Exceptional consumer service skills and product knowledge to provide a premium brand experience.
* Experience in assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support for various store functions such as operating cash registers, managing goods, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to meet sales targets.
* Knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or services.
* Ability to inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
* Willingness to enhance your knowledge through our tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
* Retail or customer service experience preferred.
* Effective communication skills, brand ambassador qualities, and teamwork capabilities.
* Ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Availability:
* 16 hours per week.
* Must be available for a minimum of 3 full days, including Saturday and Sunday, with flexible scheduling.
