You will work alongside teachers to provide tailored support to students, helping them achieve academically, socially, and personally.

* Support students in class, small groups, or one-to-one sessions.
* Help students access the curriculum, build independence, and develop confidence.
* Assist with literacy, numeracy, note-taking, and other learning tasks.
* Track progress and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
* GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
* Experience supporting students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or additional needs.
* Strong IT skills and excellent organisational abilities.
* A caring, adaptable, and team-focused approach.
* DBS Certificate - Enhanced & on Update Service.
