The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator on behalf of our client, working on high-end residential projects in the N22 area. This role requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver exceptional finishes within luxury homes.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality painting and decorating in premium residential properties
Prepare surfaces to an excellent standard, including fine filling, sanding, and priming
Apply a range of finishes including emulsion, gloss, satin, and specialist coatings
Achieve flawless finishes on walls, ceilings, woodwork, and bespoke features
Work carefully in occupied or high-value properties, ensuring minimal disruption
Follow detailed instructions and work to tight deadlines
Maintain a clean, organised, and respectful working environmentRequirements
Proven experience in high-end residential painting and decorating
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality finishes
Strong preparation skills no shortcuts
Own tools and full PPE
Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
Professional attitude and good communication skills
