Duties of the Bodyshop Technician:
6. Repairing and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards
7. Carrying out Bodyshop repairs on a variety of makes and models in line with manufacturer guidelines
8. Liaising with parts and estimating teams to identify additional repair work
9. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to quality control standards
10. Communicating effectively with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements of the Bodyshop Technician:
11. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician in a busy environment
12. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, ATA qualification preferred
13. Good understanding of vehicle repair techniques and diagnostic procedures
14. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
15. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance standards
