An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially focused Junior Commercial Property Solicitor (newly qualified up to 3 years' PQE) to join a busy commercial property team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high‑quality work and develop their skills within a supportive professional environment.
Typical responsibilities include:

* Handling secured lending transactions and property finance work (essential)
\t
* Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
\t
* Drafting and negotiating leases on behalf of landlords and tenants
\t
* Assisting with development matters, site acquisition & due diligence
\t
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex or large-scale transactions
Suitable candidates will:

* Be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-3 PQE)
\t
* Have demonstrable experience in secured lending work
\t
* Be capable of managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
\t
* Possess strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
\t
* Be confident in building and maintaining client relationships
\t
