We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team and support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. What You’ll Do * Support recruitment — post job adverts, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates. * Prepare HR documents like offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs. * Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes. * Assist with training coordination and employee development tracking. * Respond to HR queries and support payroll with timesheet and data collection. * Help organise staff events and employee engagement initiatives. * Ensure GDPR and HR policy compliance. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role. * Strong organisation and communication skills. * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * High attention to detail and confidentiality. * Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities. Bonus points if you have: * CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it). * Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
