Typical shifts are: Early 08:00–15:00, Late 15:00–22:00, Wake Nights 22:00–08:00, Long Days 10:00–17:00.

Responsibilities
We are looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a group of people. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising and engaging in activities. Depending on the day, you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, or unwinding with them by playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema. This role is about making a real difference and helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, such as cooking dinner independently or going on holiday.
We’re interested in applicants who demonstrate the right experience and values. At this service, our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed, have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and have experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
