Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Manchester, working primarily within Key Stage 2.The school is focused on raising attainment and delivering targeted intervention support to ensure pupils reach age-related expectations.Responsibilities:Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.Delivering structured small-group interventions in Maths and English.Supporting pupils preparing for end-of-year assessments.Providing 1:1 support where required.Assisting with differentiation and scaffolding learning tasks.Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff.We Are Looking For:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Strong KS2 experience within the last 2 years.Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.Confidence delivering intervention sessions independently.Calm, professional and adaptable approach.What Aspire Offer:Excellent daily rates.Long-term and permanent opportunities.Career progression into HLTA roles.Ongoing CPD and safeguarding support.Honest, consistent communication from your consultant.This role is ideal for a confident Level 3 TA looking to take on greater responsibility within the classroom.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
