Base pay and location
Hourly rate: £13.13 - £13.52 + benefits
Permanent / Full-time - 39.5 hours a week

About the role
We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant joining our large, diverse team, you will contribute to the difference we make in residents’ lives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
* Promote mental and physical activity of residents through conversation, outings, reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
* Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
* Ensure residents’ physical environment meets their needs.
* Meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects dignity and promotes independence.
Prior experience is desirable but not required, as training will be provided.
