Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Adaptations Location: Wolverhampton Pay Rate: £28/hour (Umbrella) Job Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with strong experience in aids and adaptations to join their Adult Social Care team based in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on assessing and prescribing major adaptations to support residents’ independence and safety at home. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct assessments for individuals requiring aids and adaptations. Prescribe and plan major adaptations in line with clinical and legislative standards. Collaborate with housing teams, contractors, and families to ensure effective delivery of adaptations. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews. Support service users to maximise independence and reduce risks in the home environment. Requirements: HCPC registered Occupational Therapist Proven experience in prescribing and planning major adaptations Strong knowledge of equipment provision and housing-related OT Excellent communication and assessment skills Why Liquid Personnel?
