Ensuring consistent luxury standards and full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Recruit, train, and lead high-performing F&B teams, providing coaching and performance development. Manage budgets, payroll, stock, and cost controls to maximise revenue and profitability. What were looking for Natural passion for delivery high-quality service and building the morale of devoted staff Direct experience working as an F&B Manager or senior role within the F&B sector for a luxury hotel / restaurant Extensive knowledge of cuisine, fine wines, spirits, and evolving high-end dining trends.
