Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school in Heywood OL10. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
* Building positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils\' emotional growth and wellbeing.
* Utilising holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
* Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.
