IT Support Engineer | £32,000 DoE Benefits Location: Berkshire The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading MSP delivering IT support. This role offers a varied position where you will support multiple school sites, ensuring reliable IT systems while helping staff and students make the most of their technology. You will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and assisting schools in improving their overall use of digital tools to support teaching and learning. Experience & Skills Previous experience in an IT support role such as ICT Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or 2nd Line Support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and networking. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common user applications. Experience supporting desktop devices, printers, and classroom technology. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Well organised with the ability to work independently and manage priorities. Experience within an education environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
