Responsibilities
1. Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, noting changes and ensuring care plans are updated.
2. Participate in person‑centred care planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating monthly.
3. Support residents with medication requirements.
4. Conduct staff supervision and support staff development as needed.
5. Act as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals, handling reasonable requests and escalating concerns or complaints.
Requirements
* DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* NVQ3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
* Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
