Modern Workplace Architect - Application Packaging
Location: Hybrid / Salisbury (2 days on-site per week)
Salary: Up to £72,000 base salary, plus benefits, perks and healthcare options
Clearance required: Eligibility for SC Clearance

We're looking for a Modern Workplace Architect with deep expertise in application packaging and deployment to join a forward-thinking consulting team that's redefining digital productivity with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
About the Role
As a Modern Workplace Architect, you'll drive the design, planning, and delivery of cutting-edge workplace solutions, with a particular focus on application packaging for Windows 11 environments. You'll work alongside a diverse group of consultants and technologists, collaborating across a variety of industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement Windows 11 application packaging solutions, including conversion to Microsoft Intune MSIX formats
2. Package, test, and deploy applications using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune
3. Provide technical guidance on packaging best practices aligned with client and industry standards
4. Troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues to ensure secure and compliant deployments
5. Document all packaging processes and maintain clear procedural guidelines
What We're Looking For
1. Strong experience in application packaging and deployment in Windows environments
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and SCCM
3. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript)
4. In-depth understanding of Windows 11 architecture
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
6. Able to meet UK SC Security Clearance requirements (5 years UK residency minimum)
