Overview
The role involves providing an accurate, confidential, and supportive administrative service for patients, clinical teams, carers, and external agencies such as Local Authority and Public Health Wales. The post holder will deliver high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Matron, specialist nursing teams, and other health professionals. Responsibilities include guiding and directing the team, overseeing daily operations, and supporting departmental functions.
