Job Description
This CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
1. Developing and improving manufacturing processes
2. Researching customer specifications and new technologies
3. Troubleshooting shop floor processes, tools, and equipment
4. Designing tooling and enhancing existing designs
5. Producing engineering drawings and operation sheets
6. Interacting with customers, operators, and vendors
7. Reviewing and implementing manufacturing drawings and ECNs
8. Evaluating feasibility of product proposals using data and specs
9. Analyzing performance data to ensure designs meet requirements
10. Reducing waste and increasing efficiency using CI methodologies

The Successful Applicant
A Successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer will have:
11. Bachelor's degree in engineering, metallurgy, or materials science preferred
12. 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience preferred
13. Familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100D
14. Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, and ERP systems
15. Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills
16. Background in CNC machining
