Who You Are An experienced Housing Advice/Prevention/Homelessness Assessment Officer capable of quickly adapting to the role. You possess a deep understanding of housing legislation and have extensive experience in handling homelessness-related inquiries and casework. What the Job Involves You will be an integral part of the Housing Options Duty Service, where you will complete assessments, engage in prevention and relief work, and manage a diverse caseload. You are required to work under pressure, balancing multiple demands efficiently. After an office-based induction period of two to four weeks, which varies based on your competency level, you will have the flexibility to work remotely 50% of the time. The office hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
