We are seeking confident people, 18 yrs and over, with a good telephone manner/literacy/ computer skills to work remotely as Telephone Interviewers for a market research company based in Ashburton, Devon, TQ13 7EF.
(Please note we only undertake genuine market research so no selling involved and we are not a marketing company).
As a telephone interviewer you will conduct telephone surveys on behalf of a wide range of clients from the private and public sector.
Applicants must be reliable and have very clear pronunciation, good literacy and communication skills.
Previous market research/ call centre experience is very much preferred but we will consider other applications (full training will be given to all recruits).
We offer some flexibility in terms of the shifts you wish to work, so that you can plan around existing commitments, but ask that interviewers are able to commit to at least 12 hours per week. Preference will be given to applicants who can offer 20 hours+ per week. Our shifts run from 12pm or 3.30pm to 8pm on weekdays and 10.30am to 6pm on Saturdays, with some day time work available on a project by project basis. You need to be able to work for a full scheduled shift; the shift times are not negotiable.
You also need a private place to work, access to your own Windows laptop/PC (our system is not compatible with Apple/Chromebook) and a good broadband speed.
