We are looking for a contracts manager to oversee 3 on going projects, reporting directly into the ownership. Projects based in London and surrounding home counties.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Monitoring contract costs to ensure the align with the project budget.
Identifying and managing contractual and financial risks.
Liaising between the legal team, procurement, finance, project teams, and external parties.
Addressing and resolving conflicts or claims that arise during the project.
Legal awareness and attention to detail.
Project and time management abilities.
