Location: Manchester & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £95-£110 per day

* Experience working with children in some capacity (tutoring, coaching, volunteering, etc.)
* A genuine desire to support young people or pursue a teaching career
* Strong communication skills, patience and empathy
* A proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a busy school setting
Your new role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be placed in a secondary school across Manchester from September 2025. You will work closely with classroom teachers to:
* Support one-to-one and small-group learning interventions
* Help plan, prepare and adapt teaching resources
* Provide pastoral care to build student confidence and independence
* Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment
