KPi Education is working in partnership with a specialist provision in Southall to recruit a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support pupils with a range of SEN and developmental needs.
The Role – Occupational Therapist
As the school’s Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people
* Support pupils with sensory regulation, fine and gross motor skills, functional independence, and access to learning
* Develop and implement individualised OT programmes aligned with EHCP targets
* Provide 1:1 and group interventions
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral staff
* Offer guidance and training to school staff to embed OT strategies in the classroom
* Contribute to EHCP reviews, reports, and multi-agency meetings
* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Person Specification
Essential:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* HCPC registration (mandatory)
* Experience working with children and/or young people
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently within a school or SEN setting
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Desirable:
* Experience within an SEN or education setting
* Knowledge of paediatric OT and sensory integration approaches
* Experience supporting EHCP outcomes
