This is a rare chance to join a high-growth, technology-led financial services business at a pivotal stage of its commercial evolution.
Following recent acquisitions and product integration, the organisation is investing heavily in building a best-in-class enterprise partnerships function, focused on delivering large-scale, high-value retail finance and co-branded solutions to nationally recognised brands.
Retail finance has been identified as the single biggest commercial growth driver for the business over the next 12–24 months, with significant board-level investment behind technology, product innovation, and go-to-market capability.
As a result, this role offers the opportunity to operate as a strategic dealmaker, shaping partnerships that sit at the heart of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Role Remit
* Lead new enterprise partnership acquisition across large national and multinational brands
* Originate and close complex, high-value retail finance programmes
* Structure co-branded and white-label consumer finance propositions
* Engage at C-suite level across retail, airlines, supermarkets, and other large consumer sectors
* Build long-term, multi-product partnerships spanning lending, cards, and savings products
* Influence commercial strategy and vertical prioritisation
Deals are consultative, complex, and highly strategic, typically involving multi-stakeholder buying groups and long sales cycles.

Partnership solutions include:
* Co-branded retail finance programmes
* White-label point-of-sale lending
* Credit cards
* Secured lending products
* Auto refinance
* Embedded consumer finance
* Savings and investment partnerships

Ideal Profile
We’re looking for a consultative strategic business development professional with experience of selling into the enterprise retail space.
Experience
* Retail finance / retail credit
* Co-branded cards or POS lending
* Secured loan or consumer lending products
* Enterprise partnerships within retail or consumer sectors
* Payments
Capability
* Proven enterprise new business track record
* Comfortable with £100m+ turnover partners
* Experienced in long, complex sales cycles
* Strong C-suite engagement skills
* Able to lead multi-year contracting and RFP processes
