Housekeeping Manager – Weddings & Events Venue

Are you a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating welcoming spaces? We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across our venues and accommodation. From sparkling guest rooms to beautifully presented event spaces, you'll play a key role in ensuring every corner of our venue is ready for unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Do
* Oversee housekeeping operations across all sites
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping activities
* Ensure spaces are spotless and prepared for viewings, weddings, and guest arrivals
* Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, providing coaching and feedback
* Develop and maintain clear housekeeping procedures (SOPs)
* Manage stock control and liaise with suppliers, including external laundry providers
* Lead and develop a team of permanent and casual staff with training, inductions, and reviews
* Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring coverage and efficiency across sites
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations
* Work closely with Operations, Wedding Coordinators, and FOH teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Who You Are
* Experienced in housekeeping or hospitality management (ideally across multiple sites)
* Highly organised with strong planning and rota management skills
* Confident leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
* Knowledgeable about COSHH, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* A great communicator with excellent people skills
* Flexible and reliable, able to work early mornings or adapt hours when needed
* Able to drive and have your own transport due to our rural location
It's a Plus If You Have
* Experience managing casual staff and multi-site operations
* Knowledge of budgets, stock control, and supplier management
* Competence with rota management systems (e.g. Find My Shift)
* Experience supporting accommodation growth or expansions
