About You:
* 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience
* Skilled in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and analytics tools
* Familiar with Shopify, GA4, Looker/Tableau
* Experienced in tailoring creatives to regional audiences
* Knowledgeable in digital compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
