As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to accelerate our regional growth and strengthen Evoto’s presence in key markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager based in the UK or Germany to lead sales activities across Europe. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through assigned leads and proactive outreach.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured follow-up and CRM tools.
* Present, promote, and demonstrate Evoto’s products/services using persuasive communication and strong value propositions.

Client & Prospect Relationship Management

* Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and propose solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain positive business relationships to support future sales, renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support regional campaigns and customer onboarding.
* Represent Evoto at trade shows, workshops, conferences, and industry events in Europe.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for different audiences.
* Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Interest in the AI, photography, or creative technology industry is highly preferred.
* Fluency in English required; German proficiency is strongly preferred for Germany-based candidates.
* Willingness to travel across Europe for customer meetings and events.
