The Role
The Receptionist will support the daily operations of the school office and ensure visitors and enquiries are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students and parents
• Managing incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Greeting visitors and managing the visitor sign-in system
• Supporting attendance monitoring and student sign-in procedures
• Managing deliveries and incoming correspondence
• Providing administrative support to the school office
• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
• Assisting with communication between staff, parents and students
• Supporting safeguarding procedures and visitor management
• Assisting with general administrative duties across the school
