Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant
Join Version 1 – A multi-award-winning, people-first digital transformation partner. We’re growing our Managed Services team and are looking for a mid-level HCM consultant to contribute to high-impact Oracle HCM Cloud projects and become a trusted advisor to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
* Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.
* Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
* Supporting pre-sales activities, including demonstrations.
* Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
* Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
* Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence & HR Helpdesk.
* Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
* Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
Desirable Skills
* Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).
* Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
* Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
