Receptionist in London Finance Firm needed for a highly polished Front of House role, overseeing corporate reception, meeting room booking, and client services. Acting as the first point of contact, you will be the firm's ambassador, welcoming clients and senior stakeholders, coordinating meeting room bookings, and providing seamless front of house support. Reception Duties:
Managing the corporate reception desk as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Handling incoming calls via the switchboard, taking messages and forwarding appropriately
Meeting and greeting clients, staff and VIP guests with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating meeting room booking software / online calendars, ensuring rooms are set up and ready
Overseeing catering and hospitality for meetings, booking lunches and refreshments
Monitoring and maintaining tidy meeting spaces in coordination with cleaning teams
Assisting with administration
Supporti ng Directors and PAs with travel bookings and ad hoc admin requests
Liaising with facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the front desk
Requirements:
Previous FOH / Corporate Reception or Cabin Crew background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Smart, polished and professional presentation
Confident with MS Office and meeting room booking systems
A collaborative team player with high attention to detail
